at Best Buy?

Keep the exact television, the current offer, and the finished setup in one plan. This US shopping checklist helps you ask useful questions before checkout.

Connect the purchase to the room.

Start with the view from your usual seat. Use our TV size calculator to estimate 16:9 picture dimensions, then compare the manufacturer’s actual product measurements with your wall, console, and soundbar. A display’s diagonal measurement does not describe the entire installation.

Identify the exact television.
Record the full model number, screen size, condition, and seller shown on the listing. Compare that specific version rather than a series name or a similar photograph.

Plan the room before the cart.
Measure the proposed wall and delivery route. Confirm the manufacturer’s dimensions, weight, mounting-hole pattern, and clearance instructions for that exact TV.

Compare the complete installed cost.
Put the TV, suitable mount, soundbar accessories, power solution, signal cables, delivery, installation, and any haul-away into separate lines. A lower TV price can still produce a higher project total.

Read the actual service selection.
Check what the service in your cart includes for your screen size, wall, location, and cable plan. Describe stone, tile, unusual access, or other nonstandard conditions before the appointment.

Check the offer conditions today.
Verify the price, date, ZIP-code availability, seller, membership requirements, and any bundle terms at checkout. A retailer offer page is a place to check current terms, not proof that a particular TV is on sale.

Keep delivery and installation straight.
Check the order confirmation for the services purchased, appointment details, provider, and a support contact. If installation is already in the order, clarify that scope before booking additional labor.

Read the applicable return terms.
Review the product and service terms that apply to your order, including timing and any conditions for opened products or completed services. Keep the confirmation rather than relying on a general rule remembered from another purchase.

Finish with a working system.
Make a short list of the devices, apps, sound system, and controls you actually use. Confirm the demonstration and the installation warranty in writing.

Make a complete setup budget.

Read the scope before assuming it is included.

Best Buy’s published service-pricing page says accessories such as mounting brackets and in-wall power kits are not included in TV mounting service. Check your selected package and cart for what you are purchasing. A bundle or promotion may have its own conditions.
